This includes braintreehealth.org and related pages and subdomains, such as our provider briefing pages, and any inquiries submitted through them. By using our websites, you agree to these Terms.

2. About our services

Braintree provides mobile concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI) diagnostic services throughout Florida. Testing is performed at participating healthcare provider practices, and physician-reviewed diagnostic reports are delivered to the referring provider. We do not operate patient clinics.

3. Healthcare professional pages

Our provider briefing pages are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and their practice staff. They are not intended for patients. Do not submit patient names or health information through these pages or through our scheduling tool.

4. Not medical advice

Website content is general information about our services. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician–patient relationship. It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a treating provider. Timing descriptions, such as typical report turnaround, are estimates and not guarantees. No specific results are guaranteed.

5. Use of this website

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for using this website lawfully. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Our websites use third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling, Google Meet for video briefings, and GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for website hosting. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
