TBI Diagnostics for Florida Personal Injury Attorneys
The MRI was normal and the symptoms haven't stopped. Braintree Health Partners gives law firms access to advanced diagnostics: mobile testing, physician-reviewed reports, and coordinated specialty evaluations, all organized through the client's treating provider.
What your firm gets
- Mobile testing at a treating provider's office anywhere in Florida
- Physician-reviewed reports that document functional findings
- Coordinated specialty evaluations when the findings call for them
- One point of contact for scheduling and status
The documentation gap
Many personal injury files involving head trauma have the same weakness: the client clearly reports cognitive, sleep, and mood symptoms, but the records hold only normal imaging and scattered notes. Structural imaging is designed to rule out emergencies like bleeding and fractures. It is not designed to measure function. Without functional testing, the file may never contain objective clinical documentation of what the client is experiencing.
How Braintree fits into a case
We work through the client's treating provider. When a treating provider refers, our technician tests the client at that provider's office anywhere in Florida. A physician reviews the results, and the report goes to the treating provider and becomes part of the medical record. If the findings call for it, we help coordinate specialty evaluations. Your firm receives records through the usual authorized channels, with no shortcuts that could raise questions later.
Reading the report
The report describes the tests performed, the results compared with reference data, and the physician's interpretation and recommendations. It is a clinical document. It does not assign fault, estimate damages, or speak to admissibility, and we don't add that kind of language. Firms find it most useful read alongside the treating notes and imaging.
Why firms schedule a briefing
A 15-minute briefing covers how referrals flow through treating providers, what testing involves for the client, how to prepare clients, and how specialty coordination works. Most firms leave with a simple intake checklist and a clear picture of the process.
What we don't do
We don't give opinions on liability, damages, or admissibility. We do diagnostics, so the case is better informed.

Preparing clients for testing
Clients do better when they know what to expect. Tell them testing takes place at their own provider's office, is non-invasive, and involves screen tasks, short computer exercises, and questionnaires. Encourage them to sleep normally, bring their glasses, and answer symptom questions honestly instead of downplaying or exaggerating. Remind them the report goes to their treating provider, who will explain it. Any client with red-flag symptoms, such as a worsening headache, repeated vomiting, a seizure, or new weakness, should go to the emergency department immediately.
Working across Florida
Firms often have clients spread across the state. Because testing takes place at the treating provider's office, location is rarely a barrier. Our team schedules testing days by region from our Tampa Bay base. If a client's provider is new to Braintree, we can walk that office through the referral process so the client isn't left waiting. Your intake team just needs to know who the treating provider is and to call 813-709-3771 with questions.
