Mobile TBI Testing for Fort Lauderdale Practices
Concussion and TBI testing at your Broward office. We diagnose. You treat.
Broward is a chain of connected cities from Hallandale to Deerfield, tied together by I-95, I-595, and the Turnpike. Braintree brings standardized testing to the treating provider's office, with physician-reviewed reports.
Local picture
Interchanges, beach traffic, and older residents
The I-95 and I-595 interchange, the Turnpike, and the Sawgrass Expressway carry heavy commuter traffic, and US-1 and A1A fill with visitors in season. Rear-end and side-impact crashes on those roads bring many patients into Broward chiropractic and PT offices.
Broward also has a large older population. Falls with head impact at home, in parking lots, or in stores are common, and our article on slip-and-fall head injuries in Broward covers what to watch for.
Testing at the treating provider's office means the patient does not face another drive across the county.

Fort Lauderdale questions
Does Braintree have an office in Fort Lauderdale?
No. Braintree is a mobile service. Testing takes place at the treating provider's office in the Fort Lauderdale area. Braintree is based in the Tampa area and serves all of Florida.
Is concussion the same as TBI?
A concussion is generally considered a mild traumatic brain injury. This page covers both.
Does testing confirm a brain injury?
Testing provides standardized information that a physician reviews. It does not guarantee any particular finding or diagnosis.
Is this emergency care?
No. Worsening headache, repeated vomiting, confusion, weakness, seizure, or loss of consciousness need 911 or the nearest emergency room.
Does Braintree treat patients?
No. Braintree is diagnostic only. The treating provider stays in charge of care and decides next steps.
Who you work with
Ben Thayer, Co-Founder and Co-Owner, coordinates provider and attorney relationships.
Dr. Jon Kimball, MD, Co-Founder, Clinical Lead, oversees the clinical side of Braintree's physician-reviewed reports.
Testing, not treatment
Braintree's testing is diagnostic. It is not treatment, not emergency care, and not legal advice. Testing does not guarantee a diagnosis or any case outcome. The treating provider stays in charge of care.
Mobile testing is scheduled through the treating provider and is not a substitute for emergency care.
