Personal Injury Diagnostics for Ocala and Marion County
Physician-reviewed brain injury testing for your clients, arranged through their treating provider.
Head injury claims in Marion County often rest on symptoms a client describes but cannot show. Braintree provides mobile, standardized testing at the treating provider's office and a physician-reviewed diagnostic report that becomes part of the client's medical record. We diagnose. You treat, and you advocate.
The documentation gap
When the injury is real but the record is thin
A client rear-ended on I-75 near the SR 200 interchange may leave the emergency department with a normal CT scan and a discharge sheet. Weeks later they report headaches, trouble concentrating at work, and poor sleep. Imaging that is designed to rule out bleeding or fracture is not designed to measure those complaints, and the medical record may say little about them.
That gap is common in mild brain injury. Standardized testing adds structured, physician-reviewed information to the record. It does not decide a case and it does not guarantee a diagnosis. It documents what the testing shows. Our education article on documentation in concussion personal injury cases explains the general background.
What attorneys can expect
Why mobile matters in Marion County
Fewer missed appointments across a large county
Marion County covers more than 1,600 square miles, from the Ocala National Forest in the east to the Withlacoochee River near Dunnellon in the west. Clients without reliable transportation, or who are still uncomfortable driving after a crash, often miss specialty appointments in another city. Each gap can slow the medical picture down.
Because Braintree tests at the treating provider's office, the client goes where they already go for care. If your client does not yet have a treating provider, we can talk through options on a 15-minute call. Attorneys can read more on our main attorney page.

Questions
Questions from Ocala attorneys
Can an attorney order testing directly?
Testing is arranged through the client's treating provider. We are happy to explain the process on a 15-minute call so you can discuss it with the provider.
Does Braintree provide expert testimony?
This page does not describe expert services. Please raise any case-specific questions on a call. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
Will the testing support my client's claim?
We cannot promise any result. Testing reports what it finds, and findings vary from person to person.
Do you have an Ocala location for clients?
No. Braintree is mobile and tests at the treating provider's office. Braintree is based in the Tampa area and serves all of Florida.
How long until a report is ready?
Timing varies with scheduling, case complexity, and receipt of complete information, so we do not guarantee a turnaround.

Testing, not treatment
Braintree's testing is diagnostic. It is not treatment, not emergency care, and not legal advice. Testing does not guarantee a diagnosis or any case outcome. The treating provider stays in charge of care.
Mobile testing is scheduled through the treating provider and is not a substitute for emergency care.
