Provider referrals, Ocala

Refer a Patient Without Losing the Patient

A referral workflow designed for Ocala chiropractic, PT and medical offices. We diagnose. You treat.

This page is for the provider who already suspects a head injury and wants to know exactly what happens after they refer: what we need, what your staff does, what the visit looks like in your office, and what comes back.

The referral workflow

What happens after you refer

Most practices are set up after a single 15-minute briefing. From there, referrals follow the same path each time.

1

Send the referral

Use the online referral form or call 813-709-3771. Include contact and injury basics, not full charts.

2

Pick a visit day

We coordinate a date with your front desk. Several patients can often be seen on one visit.

3

Testing on site

Our team needs a quiet room and the patient's time. Your staff does not run the testing.

4

Receive the report

A physician-reviewed diagnostic report is sent to you, the treating provider.

Practice fit

Is mobile testing a fit for your Ocala office?

Practices that benefit most see a steady flow of auto and injury patients, have at least one room that can be quiet for a testing session, and want a structured way to evaluate head injury complaints without sending patients away. Many chiropractors along SR 200, in the downtown Ocala area, and in Belleview and Summerfield fit that description.

If you are not sure, the 20-second provider fit check asks a few questions, or you can book a 15-minute briefing directly. We will tell you honestly if the model does not fit your practice.

Questions

Provider referral questions

What does it cost my practice?

Pricing is not published on this site. We cover practice arrangements on the 15-minute briefing.

Do you need my patient's full records?

No. The referral asks for basic contact and injury information. Please do not send full medical records through the website form.

Who performs the testing?

Braintree's team performs the testing at your office. A physician reviews the results before the report is released.

Will Braintree treat or keep my patient?

No. Braintree is diagnostic only. The patient stays with you.

Can I refer patients from outside Marion County?

Yes. Braintree serves all of Florida. Neighboring areas include Gainesville and Lake City and Central Florida.

Who you work with

Ben Thayer, Co-Founder and Co-Owner, coordinates provider and attorney relationships.

Dr. Jon Kimball, MD, Co-Founder, Clinical Lead, oversees the clinical side of Braintree's physician-reviewed reports.

Testing, not treatment

Braintree's testing is diagnostic. It is not treatment, not emergency care, and not legal advice. Testing does not guarantee a diagnosis or any case outcome. The treating provider stays in charge of care.

If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Mobile testing is scheduled through the treating provider and is not a substitute for emergency care.
